Cancellations:
In the unlikely event of a show/experience cancellation, we will notify guests as quickly as possible, typically via email, phone, website, and social media. Guests will be given the opportunity to move their tickets to another date of the production at no additional cost.
If a guest is not able to attend any of the remaining performances, they may do one of the following:

Firearms are not permitted. Firearms, including without limitation handguns, shotguns, and rifles (whether concealed or openly carried) are prohibited on any of our event premises.
Service Animals
THT welcomes animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Please let us know at the time of booking so that we may ensure both you and your service animal are seated comfortably.

Waitlist Policy
For sold-out or at-capacity performances, patrons may join our waitlist at the Box Office.

Rush Ticket Policy
When inventory allows, a limited number of Rush Tickets may be released on a first-come, first-served basis.
Join us on stage immediately following select matinee performances for an engaging post-show conversation.
These interactive sessions feature members of our Artistic Team, along with cast and creative team members from the production, offering behind-the-scenes insights into the show.
