Interested in renting costumes for an upcoming production? The Horizon Theatre offers select inventory from our costume stock to area theaters, schools, and charitable organizations. We accommodate rentals for full casts, principal roles, or individual pieces.

• Target Audience: Rentals are available exclusively to schools, theater groups, and charitable events. We do rent costumes for personal Halloween or party use.
• Exclusions: Wigs, shoes, and undergarments are strictly unavailable for rental.
• Fit & Selection: Inventory is limited to past Horizon Theatre productions, constructed to fit specific actors, and subject to staff availability.
• Condition Notice: As our shop is not a full-time rental warehouse, items are rented as-is and may occasionally require minor repairs.

• Pulling / Restocking Fee: $25.00 per hour
• Full Costume Rental: $15.00 - 30.00 per unit
• Full Show/Production Rentals: $500 - $1500 based on show. 
• Accessory Rental: $15.00 per item
• Shipping & Cleaning: All shipping and cleaning costs are the sole responsibility of the renter.

• Cleaning: All costumes must be properly dry cleaned or laundered prior to return. Cleaning arrangements can also be facilitated through our designated cleaner at the renter's expense.
• Alterations & Usage:
  • No cutting, dyeing, painting, gluing, or distressing is permitted.
  • Standard alterations require prior written approval. 
  • All temporary alterations, trims, and name tags must be removed prior to return.
  • Please instruct actors not to wear perfume or body spray while in costume.
• Damages & Losses: Renters will be charged the full replacement cost for any items lost, returned with unapproved modifications, or damaged beyond repair.
• Returns & Refunds:
  • Return dates are set at the time of agreement.
  • No refunds are provided for unused costumes unless returned prior to your show’s opening night.
• Payment: Due at pick up of the rented items unless prior arrangements have been established. Complete organization and contact details are required.

• Consoles & Control
  • Standard Daily Rate: $150 – $350
  • Weekly Rate (3-Day Cap): $450 – $1,050

• Conventional / LED Fixtures
  • Standard Daily Rate: $20 – $45 / fixture
  • Weekly Rate (3-Day Cap): $60 – $135 / fixture

• Wireless Mic Systems (Per Ch)
  • Standard Daily Rate: $45 – $75
  • Weekly Rate (3-Day Cap): $135 – $225

• PA Speaker Enclosures
  • Standard Daily Rate: $40 – $90 / unit
  • Weekly Rate (3-Day Cap): $120 – $270 / unit

Note for Renters: A technician or shop supervisor from The Horizon Theatre may be required on-site for setup and operation depending on the complexity of the rig.
